About Heneer

This online store is operated under the Heneer brand by WorldBridge Commerce INC. For store, order or policy questions, contact service@heneer.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform.

Using the store

Please use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. You must be legally able to place an order or have authorization from a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the site, infringe intellectual property or submit unlawful content.

Products and personalization

Review product details, available options, spelling and uploaded images before placing an order. You must have permission to use content you submit. We use submitted content to prepare, produce and fulfill your order, as described in our Privacy Policy. Screen colors and illustrative previews may differ slightly from the finished item; this does not excuse materially misdescribed or defective goods.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the storefront. Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If there is a material pricing error, a stock issue or an inability to fulfill your requested customization, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not impose a changed price without your agreement.

Processing, shipping and returns

Processing takes 3–7 business days after payment and complete personalization information. Shipping takes an estimated 8–12 business days after dispatch. Please review our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Third-party payment, shipping and personalization services may be used to operate the store and fulfill orders. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; their own policies apply.

Content and store availability

Store content, designs and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your statutory rights relating to goods or services.
